Last Friday my CEO invited us to watch a Standford University produced video about Leadership. There are a few key characteristic about leadership:- Vision vs Reality Imagination vs Dream Passion Discipline Commitment Joy Don’t forget your identity. My question is: How to nurture these values? I keep on asking myself. Why I am so passion about JCI activities compare to my career in this company. JCI doesn’t pay monetary rewards whereas my company does. I have to spend time and money in JCI whereas my company pays everything for me, including medical bill, phone and meal allowance etc. And yet my passion in JCI is never fade whereas my passion in current company is subsiding. I am at leadership level for both organizations, but I have total different set of feeling for both organizations. I keep on asking myself about this question, but I don’t have a clue yet. Where goes wrong?
