年轻的主管

公司的业务越来越忙,人手实在不够用,所以申请请多一个人。这几天都忙着为了面试而特别OT比较晚一点。面试了好几个,但都不是很符合我的要求。由于budget不多,不能请太有经验的,因为请不起。也不想请没经验的,因为我实在没时间从零教起。所以拖拖拉拉几个星期都还没找到。

话说回来,有几个应征者,都觉得我很年轻。可能跟坐在我旁边的白发老板比起来,我看起来比较年轻吧,哈哈。从另一方面想,“年轻的主管”有很多诠释。可以是好的,也可以是不好的。可以解释成年轻有为,也可以否认你的能力。老实说,实在有苦难言,你不能了解那个压力,除非你是当事人。我口说很轻松,有一群很卖力,独立的团队下属,有一个很善良的上司,其实自己给自己不少压力。我算是一个完美主义者,事事都要求比较高和完美,所以对自己设了不少目标,到最后搞到焦头烂额。虽然说要放松,不要给自己压力,但我就是办不到。有谁能帮帮我, 告诉我该怎么做?

年轻无罪,年轻万岁!

你们很奇怪的。明明知道他们没有你要的working experience哪为什么要叫他们来Interview呢?你们不只浪费他们的时间,而也是浪费你们的啊!真是气死人。

Its b'cos some candidate wrote their resume too brief (some too wide!). We can't make a right judgement until we call them in for interview. Working experience is not the only key factor that we consider, there are some other factors that affect the final decision. A face-to-face interview is needed to clear the doubts. This apply to both interviewer and interviewee.

Don't get upset. Interview process is really a tiring process. Keep trying, don't give up.
