About Blue Chin

This weekend I am going to drive to KL with GPS assistance. I borrow 2 types of GPS: Garmin 255 vs WayWay (using Papago software)  This is WayWay that bought from Harvey Norman, using Papago Software. It detects my current location faster than Garmin; sound navigation clear enough; easy to operate; got 2D and 3D map available, big screen for split view.  I am not sure what is the problem for this, as you can see "Acquiring Satellites" appear since I switch on the device 20 minutes ago.  Then voice navigation is not clear "pls drive the highlighted route", my goodness, I have to study the map while I am driving? Scary !  One good thing is smaller LCD is space-saving device. According to the lender, the navigator lead him to "really fastest route" via small road.  Wait till I come back from KL for details evaluation. Hehe....to be continue. 

还记得去年去参加JCI领袖训练营，有一堂课是说关于自愿性组织与盈利机构的分别。现在想回头，我还满有感触的。 盈利机构 出了问题，总裁总说是下属的错。 总裁委派下属去完成每个任务，替总裁赚钱。 下属出卖苦力，换取饭票。 自愿性组织 出了问题，会员总说是会长的错。 会员旨意会长去完成每个任务，替会员谋福利。 会长出卖苦力，换取责备。

In China, Pizza Hut use a "green" way to deliver pizza - bicycle.  This is definitely nothing to do with Bruce Lee.   Guess how much for this set?   Got soup.   Got vegetables.  And beef.   I ordered bihun soup. The meat really "old" till cannot bite. Phew... At first, I thought wanna try pork burger in McD, but I was disappointed. The menu is almost the same we have in M'sia. So I try out this chicken burger, which claimed as "hot" items.   This is McDonald burger, they called it chicken sandwich. Nothing special to me.   I request chili sauce, McD waiter gave me garlic chili sauce. Oh my, I don't like "bonus" garlic.  In fact this KFC burger "impressed" me.   The BBQ sauce make the burger more tasty. Though it looks like an ordinary burger, it tastes delicious, beyond my expectation. 

Travel in Hong Kong is not so difficult. If you plan to go few places in a day, suggest you to buy "Octopus" card 八达通，to save your money and time. HKD150 per card, if you return the card within 3 months, they will charge you HKD7 processing fees. A few MTR stations have shopping complex attached with or nearby.  We went to Tsing Yi 青衣 （got factory outlet in Maritime Square)， 旺角 Mong Kok (ladies market 女人街） Tung Chung 东涌 and so on. But be prepared, the sales person attitude might give you a "surprise", be careful when you bargain with them. Saturday morning, we had a quick breakfast at hotel cafe, then start our long journey from Shengzhen to Hong Kong. First station we went to Sheung Shui for window shopping. Then we went Mongkok, Kowloon for our lunch, before our real shopping in  ladies market. This restaurant is located in a hotel. My colleague went there before, he highly recommend the dim sum, which claimed to be "higher quality" than Penang.  Nice environment 有派头吧？  不知道名字的点心 Unknown name of dim sum, but it looks so cute.   Must order: Cha Shao Bao 叉烧包  马拉糕  虾饺，really got 2 prawns in it.   My favorite: 萝卜糕 I hate this: Chicken feet  鸡脚  Siew mai with abalone slice 烧卖，还有鲍鱼片的哟。  Egg tart 蛋塔，皮很酥，好吃。 小笼包， 这个就有点差，皮厚，陷又不好吃。  Chee Cheong Fun 猪肠粉 - 它的酱料是分开上。普普通通而已。  吃了满桌的点心，很有满足感。  If you want to try, can refer to this address. 

On 4th night in China, we were walking on the street, "sourcing" where to have our dinner. It was windy and freezing night. Nearly 30 minutes, we still couldn't find a restaurant that fit my boss appetite. Suddenly he was attracted with "good smell" of roasted pork. So we decided to give a try.   湘菜是中国八大菜系之一，红彤彤的辣椒是他的特色。我第一餐的晚餐就已经领教过了。不过那时肚子涨风不舒服，所以没拍照片。No play play, 真的很辣。  例汤是整锅上，这锅是花生鸡脚汤。  主角登场：烧鹅。猜猜这是左卑还是右卑？ 另一个主角登场： 烧肉，还备上mustard 酱。这mustard 酱带有一点呛味。老实说，这烧肉有点失望，皮不脆，肉又不香。幸好有mustard 酱，不然吃不出有什么味道。  忘了这是什么名堂。  烧鹅的故事。   吃扒餐送红酒，相信吗？
