Jalan-jalan cari makan....in China & Hong Kong (III)

On 4th night in China, we were walking on the street, "sourcing" where to have our dinner. It was windy and freezing night. Nearly 30 minutes, we still couldn't find a restaurant that fit my boss appetite. Suddenly he was attracted with "good smell" of roasted pork. So we decided to give a try. 



 湘菜是中国八大菜系之一,红彤彤的辣椒是他的特色。我第一餐的晚餐就已经领教过了。不过那时肚子涨风不舒服,所以没拍照片。No play play, 真的很辣。

 例汤是整锅上,这锅是花生鸡脚汤。

 主角登场:烧鹅。猜猜这是左卑还是右卑?
另一个主角登场: 烧肉,还备上mustard 酱。这mustard 酱带有一点呛味。老实说,这烧肉有点失望,皮不脆,肉又不香。幸好有mustard 酱,不然吃不出有什么味道。

 忘了这是什么名堂。
