On 4th night in China, we were walking on the street, "sourcing" where to have our dinner. It was windy and freezing night. Nearly 30 minutes, we still couldn't find a restaurant that fit my boss appetite. Suddenly he was attracted with "good smell" of roasted pork. So we decided to give a try.
湘菜是中国八大菜系之一，红彤彤的辣椒是他的特色。我第一餐的晚餐就已经领教过了。不过那时肚子涨风不舒服，所以没拍照片。No play play, 真的很辣。
例汤是整锅上，这锅是花生鸡脚汤。
主角登场：烧鹅。猜猜这是左卑还是右卑？
另一个主角登场： 烧肉，还备上mustard 酱。这mustard 酱带有一点呛味。老实说，这烧肉有点失望，皮不脆，肉又不香。幸好有mustard 酱，不然吃不出有什么味道。
