Me: I already have subscribed with other company.
Caller: Oh really? Then why you didn’t tell me in the early conversation?
Me: Because you do not give me a chance to talk.
Caller: Then never mind. (Hang up straight away, even without a Thank You or Bye).
最近不知酱搞的,老是接到一些莫名其妙的电话,不是信用卡公司就是保险,再不然就是酒店的促销。今天更搞笑,接到一个电话。内容如此:
Caller: Good morning Ms Chin, I am Ms Chong, (突然转去华语)我是张小姐,来自xx国际饭店打来的,The xx International Hotel. 今天…
Me: Wait, 你之前打过给我了。
Caller: Huh?
Me: 我说,我之前接过你的电话了。
Caller: Oh, thank you very much.
我前3天才接过她的电话,那时整个谈话是英语的,也是讲到一大堆有的没的,讲话速度又快,根本没机会让我讲一句。最后我只用一句话打发她:I am not interested.
不知你有没有遇过像我的经验,常常遇到客服人员讲话速度好像很赶时间,搞到我常常听不清楚,要他们重复讲一次。最常遇到的是快餐店柜台人员。很多时候我都是用猜的,有时猜不准,她问她的,我答我的,牛头不对马嘴。或许他们每天重负讲同一句话千次,搞到有点麻木了,讲话好像机器酱。
我只是有个小小要求,讲话可以有逗号,句号吗?
